Postnatal Yoga 

Time to enjoy Yoga with baby watching.  You will strengthen your core, align your spine and feel energised.  4 week Program.

Wednesdays - 2:00-2:45pm - Serenity Birth Studio - 4 Alliance Boulevard, Unit 10 starting September 23.

Prenatal Yoga

A very special time to start your Yoga practice or to continue receiving the benefits of Prenatal Yoga. Focusing on connecting to your changing body, baby and the breath, easing away aches and pains and feeling more relaxed and in tune with your journey into motherhood. Expectant Moms to be 12 weeks pregnant to attend. For more details please see the Prenatal Yoga page.

Calm Yoga

A gentle practice to start the week.  Suitable for all levels

Hatha Yoga

This 8 week Program is to provide you with a well balanced practice of varying levels of asanas (postures) along with pranayama (controlled breathing) and relaxation. Suitable for all levels.

Gentle Yoga

An 8 week Program for those with chronic pain, injuries or who just want a slower practice.  Great for beginners too.  .

Yoga for Fertility

Individual one on ones for those facing challenges with conception.
